Digital & Design Services
Once work has started on a project, payments are generally non-refundable because time and resources have been allocated to the project.
Before Work Begins
If a cancellation request is made before work has started, a refund may be considered depending on the project status and any applicable processing or administrative charges.
Revisions
Customers may request revisions according to the revision limits included in their selected package. Revision requests do not qualify for a refund.
Completed Projects
No refund will normally be issued after the agreed project has been completed and delivered.
Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs, including hosting, domain registration, software, plugins, subscriptions, or other external services, are non-refundable where applicable.
